I found this gent working at Express, which by the way, is my go-to store for a gentle transition from casual to professional. I think that all of the elements of his outfit work together smashingly.

Not exactly the look I was expecting to come out of Express – but I dig it!
I think he looks great! You can never go wrong with a fitted denim jacket.
On a side note, I’ve seen three guys in red plaid ties since yesterday. Think it’s tribute to our recently fallen scotsman, maybe?
