There are a lot of things I like about this, and they're all in the details: the belt-over-jacket, the matching hat and scarf, and the big metal earrings.

I love that she chose such a bold color hat & scarf. Her skin looks so good against that lime green.. unfortunately too many people look like trashy lunch ladies when they wear lime green.
It’s a great neat layered slouch. Not easy, and a plus, it looks comfortable.
