Not only is she an expert at wearing a tricky color combination, Francesca here was very amiable: we ranted for a while about our unfortunate run-ins with creepy old men.

Oh my GOD! This is all too stunning! That top is gorgeous (vintage?) & is that a cigarette I see gracing those dainty hands? The whole ensemble, even the quirky stance, is simply marvelous!
Yes, I assume the top is vintage, since I found her standing outside the vintage store where she works!
